Oral History Project

An urban planning project with unintended consequences for the neighborhood is evaluated and told through poster portraits and first person interviews.

Real people recounting real events created the impact the exhibitors were seeking to create. SoundStik handsets were an easy to use method to unify the poster, labels and photos associated with each person’s experience.

The museum set out chairs so that the elderly who lived through the era could sit and listen comfortably. They found the chairs were welcomed by all ages.
